How To Order

  1. Please read the Terms of Service (TOS) before filling out the order form (link below).

  2. Submit the order form.

  3. Wait for the response within 3 working days.

  4. In case of no response after 3 days, please send a DM to Nixide's twitter account (@NixideXXVII).

  5. After request approval, please send your payment through GCash or PayPal.

Terms of Service

  • GENERAL TERMS

  • The commissioned artworks are NOT to be used for NFTs, Cryptocurrencies, and/or AI

  • Sending visual references is highly recommended for better accuracy however if you can only provide text reference then feel free to do so.

  • Visual references can be more than one photo!

  • Commissioned pieces are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are not allowed to sell, edit, or claim the artwork as your own. Please do not use it for paid/sponsored streaming, or subscription rewards UNLESS you are willing to pay the Commercial Fee.

  • Personal use can be in the form of:

  • Personal printing

  • Icon/Logo/Header

  • Adding texts or backgrounds is okay.

  • Commercial Fees are all $50 / Php 2,500 unless stated otherwise.

  • Commercial Fees are mainly for character design/outfit design/specific illustrations

  • YCH types normally do not include commercial fees

  • If you do want to commission me for commercial purposes, please contact me through my email via [email protected] for inquiries.

  • Please do not claim the artwork as your own. A credit for designs and illustrations at least once is highly appreciated.

  • Please do not ask me to recreate another artist’s style. I would like to respect their work, and I do hope you do so as well.

  • If I believe I am not fit for your commission, I may decline to do the work. If I know anyone who I know could possibly do your requested work, I will refer you to them.

  • PAYMENT

  • Payment is through GCash , PayPal, or Gank only. Invoices for PayPal will be sent after discussing the final prices!

  • Please keep in mind that Gank PHP prices are not the same as my preferred regional rates, so as much as possible please stick to GCash for PHP prices.

  • Price is subject to change in the case of design complexity and/or . I will inform you about this once I receive details.

  • Major revisions will incur additional charges. Charges differ from the level of complexity, and only a maximum of 2 major revisions are allowed.

  • I can only accept major revisions during the sketching stage. Once sketch is done and approved, any other revisions cannot be accepted.
